Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Late Policy To help me serve all clients effectively, here’s how cancellations are handled: Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to cover prep time. No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged. Late Policy: Life happens—I get it. If you're running behind, please reach out as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by calling 336-303-0548 or through the online booking system. By booking, you agree to these terms.
