Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. To ensure all clients are accommodated effectively, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:
° 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposit will not be refunded.
° Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. This covers the time and preparation dedicated to your appointment.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
LATE POLICY
Please note, if you are more than15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule. The full service fee will still apply.
If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you with minimal charges.
Cancellations or rescheduling can be done by calling 336-303-0548 or through the online booking system.
